Alt-rock singer and songwriter Tilian Pearson incorporates elements of electropop into lush, melodic rock anthems under his solo moniker, Tilian. Leader of post-hardcore group Tides Of Man in the late 2000s, he played with other bands on the Rise Records roster before staying on as co-lead singer of the harsher-sounding Dance Gavin Dance as of 2012. He has maintained a parallel career as a frontman and solo artist since releasing his first album as Tilian, Material Me, in 2013.
