What’s the parking situation?
Elevation 27 has a small on-site parking lot. We do not charge for parking. Additional parking is available in the Walmart parking lot only. Please note that all other nearby lots are subject to towing.

Is Elevation 27 wheelchair accessible?
Our entrances and main GA floor are wheelchair accessible. Reserved dining tables on the main floor up to Row 40 are bar-height and can accommodate guests using wheelchairs if they are able to transfer to a bar chair. Please note that tables from Rows 50 to 70 are located on a raised platform and are not wheelchair accessible. Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available online anytime by clicking Buy Tickets. You can also purchase tickets at the box office during any show (subject to availability).

Are shows all ages?
Most shows at Elevation 27 are all ages. If a show has age restrictions, it will be clearly listed on the event’s Ticket Purchase Page.

What’s your bag policy?
Our bag policy is as follows: Bags must be no larger than 8″x8″ in dimension. Bags do not need to be clear. No duffle bags, backpacks, or camelbacks. All bags are subject to a security search upon arrival. 

What is the seating arrangement?
Each show may have a different setup depending on the event. Seating and layout details will be listed on an event’s Ticket Purchase Page.

How do I reserve seats at a table?
If table seating is available, it will be listed as a ticket option on the Ticket Purchase Page. Table seats can be purchased online through the Ticket Purchase Page or at the box office during shows (when available). A seating map is available on the Ticket Purchase Page when table seating is offered.

Can you see the stage from the tables?
Yes! All table seats have clear sightlines to the stage.

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Only cell phone cameras are allowed. Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted unless pre-approved by the artist or venue.

I left something at the venue. How can I get it back?
If you left an item behind (credit card, sunglasses, jacket, etc.), please email us at info@elevation27.com, and we’ll help you track it down.
