Welcome to Your Night Out at Elevation 27!
We’re here to make sure you have an amazing time filled with great music, great people, and great memories. A few quick tips to help your night go smoothly:
- Lock your car and keep valuables out of sight.
- Keep your phone charged and have tickets + IDs ready for entry.
- Keep personal items with you at all times. Elevation 27 cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Don’t drink and drive! Know your ride plan before the show ends.
- Hydrate and pace yourself. If you start feeling unwell, let our staff know right away.
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests:

There is no re-entry allowed. For safety reasons, all persons who exit the building will not be allowed to return.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside our building. There is a patio available for smokers through the doors on the right-hand side of the venue.

Bags or purses larger than 8 in. x 8 in. will not be allowed into the venue. Bags do not need to be clear. No backpacks, duffle bags, or camelbacks.

All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items will be subject to screening/security checks upon entry.

Weapons, objects that appear like weapons, recreational drugs, and outside food or drink of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Elevation 27 reserves the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other items as we consider appropriate.

No professional photography gear is permitted unless otherwise specified. Cell phone cameras are allowed.

An ID is required if you plan on drinking/purchasing alcohol or attending a show with an age limit. In compliance with Virginia laws, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you may look. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
